Chuckit! Indoor Ball Dog Toy

This ball is great because it is like getting two for the price of one. First, Lucy spends time tossing it around herself and pulling the material from the ball (it makes a mess, but who cares she is having such fun). Then we play toss with the inner white ball for hours. It bounces and she can get her teeth into it, so she can carry it around. Eventually, she tears up the ball by pulling pieces of it off (be care of the two "plugs" that come out). Then, when there is enough room, we put a tennis ball in it and throw it again. The company has assured me that all the material is non-toxic. She has never swallowed any of it, spits it out as she pulls in apart, but still would not want to This ball is great because it is like getting two for the price of one. In the questions for this, Chewy says it is 4.5" . It doesn't specify what that measurement is but the circumference of this ball is 14.5"! I bought it thinking it would be near the same size as the medium sized rubber Chuckit balls but it is WAY bigger. My Boston Terrier fetches those balls easily (diameter is 8") but cannot pick this one up. While it has soft chenille on the outside, the center is very firm. This was a big bust for my household.

I got this toy to throw for my dog inside. He doesn’t usually like ball toys but he loves this thing. So the toy served its purpose well but only lasted a couple weeks. He’s not a big chewer so I think this toy could be a little tougher. I gave it 3 stars because inside i don’t think it is a recyclable rubber inside. It is some sort of foam. For a disposable toy it would be nice to see a little commitment to environmental sustainability.

I have a 90 pound pit mix and he loves to play stair fetch with this ball when we can't get outside to walk and play. I do not give this ball to him to "chew" on because he would have it destroyed in 5 seconds. He knows the "drop it" command so every time he gets back to the top of the stairs, he knows to drop it. We do this for about 30 to 45 minutes and it wears him out. The only negative thing is it smells after using it several times..but it is totally worth it!

Destructo dog eagerly waits for the brand new toys to arrive so he can shred them to bits of fluff and fabric or pieces of plastic. This ball, however, is somehow different. He carries it from room to room, chases after it when it's thrown as though it might escape. I watch him pretty lose with it because he does generally like to chew his toys to death, but he seems to adore this ball as much as the squeaky plastic version. It's larger, and soft, which likely explains it, it just seems made for a Belgian Shepherd mouth! I'll probably buy another one to have in case something happens to this one since he loves it so much. Great toy purchase!

I was improseted with this toy. It lasted a total of 3 weeks before my beast was able to break it apart. He played with it on and off becuase of the Christmas loot he received, but lass it did not have much a chance, when he found the weak spot. Again the company patch was the issue here. Once he had that off he exposed the underlining and had it apart in 2 days time. I was improseted about how long it took him to take it apart. So for that 3 stars.

I got this ball for my Dog because I live in an Apartment. My dog usually likes to play with balls. this ball lasted about 15 minutes. I guess she was chewing on it so hard she ripped a piece off and expose the inside of the ball. I have to throw it away because the inside is really thick foam and I’m afraid she’ll eat some and get sick.

My dog has been playing with these balls for years !! It’s his fave !!! I buy a new one every year !!!its the indoor fun best toy ever !! He’s a cattledog so he’s rough but he takes care of his fave toy !! We have the baseball & football for sports seasons lol

Our two large dogs cannot get enough of this toy. We have bought several over the past couple years and will continue to buy this product as needed. They love the texture! This is their go to ball every time! They also love the football style too!

My 9 wk old mini Australian shepherd puppy loves this ball - she plays fetch with it (soft enough to bite it and pick it up in her mouth) or herds it around in the back yard... so funny! I wasn't sure when I purchased it - but its been a fun addition to the toy box (and doesn't roll under the couch!)
