My heeler Trooper, was the birthday girl as she just turned 12. She got the big pink cookie. My two other dogs also got some of the cookies. They look and smell like people cookies. I've been tempted to try one but haven't.
Mikey's (Shih Tzu) 16th Birthday was on August 31st. I really intended for it to be extra special, with these Birthday Cookies, the Ice Cream and of course the BD Hat with candles on it. He couldn't even chew the cookies, I tried to break them up (the big one & the smaller ones) and I could NOT. They were so HARD !! Maybe I got an old batch, who knows...
My senior pittie loved her birthday treats! This little dish has the most adorable treats for dogs. The tennis balls have green frosting dipped and the fire hydrants have a yellow frosting. It's really cute and my pup gobbled the big pink birthday cookie up! Will buy again for future birthdays!
The big happy birthday cookie was almost impossible to break. Our bday boy is 10 pounds and we needed to break it into smaller pieces and he wasn’t a big fan of it anyway. I don’t know what but he, nor the other 3 dogs, didn’t really care for the cookies. So I won’t be ordering them again.
Bought this for my oldest Bulldog and she loved it. I spread out the smaller cookies for maybe a week (between 3 total dogs) but birthday girl got her large pink cookie. I may have given too many treats on her actual birthday that caused her some loose stool. But once the cookies were cut back and given in moderation her stools returned to normal. I have no problem buying again in the future.
Arrived exactly how it was described and he loved it! He ate every piece and it was a delightful treat for a special occasion.
Unfortunately, our treat lovers do not seem to enjoy them. Don't know why? Cute cookie designs and nice packaging, but why were paper shreds included?
Chewy sweetly sent me a handwritten birthday card for our pup and gifted 20% off one item in their birthday shop. Each year, we get our dogs a quality, dog-friendly baked item. Typically made with things like oats, peanut butter, carrots, and a yogurt "frosting." Stupidly, I trusted since this was Chewy and this was one of the top items that came up in the birthday shop (and based on its not-low price), that this would be dog friendly. It's first few ingredients include flour and corn syrup, which I don't feel to my dog on purpose. Since it was her birthday, I gave her the big one anyway. She nibbled it a bit, but didn't eat it. So between the dog not enjoying it and the not-dog friendly ingredients. This was an expensive bust - even with the coupon.
These cookies were so cute and my dog goes crazy over them. They paired well with her birthday cake.
We got these for our girl for her birthday and she loves them. She is typically a bit picky, but she gobbles these up. Any they smell like a real cookie instead of a dog bone. Smell great!
