Can the bell come off?

The bell on this collar is not designed to be removed however, customers have reported the bell can be removed with a pair of pliers.

How do you get an ID tag onto this collar?

This collar features a D Ring which can be used to attach tags or other accessories. This collar can also be fully opened to add more accessories.

Hi, is this collar chrome treated? I would like to know if it’s vegetable tanned and what type of coloring is used. Is it safe for laser engraving?

The collar is not chrome treated. It is vegetable tanned. CollarDirect use natural dye to color it. It is not recommended engraving on the collar directly.

will a small fit a adult cat that is not to big?

For the best fit, we recommend measuring your cat's neck girth. The Small collar fits a neck measuring 6 – 7 inches and the Medium collar fits a neck measuring 9 – 11 inches.

Poor Quality

I really liked the collar when it arrived. This is 1 week later and I had to buy a new collar. The leather is cheap and he could do this to it and the elastic is almost torn through. He is rough with his collar and he likes to try to take it off but 1 week it should last longer than this.

broken bell

I bought this collar because I needed one that would be hard for my cat to take off, and I needed a bell so I could hear where she runs off to. The collar itself is cute and I like the color, however the bell arrived smashed so it doesn't have a nice bell sound, more of just a rattling metal sound.

These r the worst collars I have EVER purchased. For one thing they r so small that we almost threw away one of them because we did not see it in the box & they are so cheaply made that they will not last a week on our cat.
