Not a good collar
May work with some dogs, definitely didn't work for mine. I have a golden retriever, he pulls so bad. I was hoping this would help, but he didn't care one bit. He pulled so hard that one of the black pieces broke and his collar slipped off. Didn't even last a week. 🤦♀️
Way too big, even after measuring my golden
As pointed out in other reviews, I measured my golden retriever and purchased a large because his neck measured 22 inches. The collar was way, way too big. I will return the collar and purchase a medium. I don't understand why the sizing is so incorrect for this product. The quality appears to be good.
Martingale Collar
I liked that it has reflective thread that shows in the dark. I liked it until I left my dog out at 11 pm on a tie out and he disappeared. The clip that holds the collar together broke and I had to go out to get him back. I lost his tags too. Hopefully I will find them when the snow melts.
Functional and very bright
Chose these for a donation to local rescue Very happy with the quality and the color selection obviously I cant speak to the durability but I am sure the rescues will put them to good use
Terrible Product
I purchased this collar last week. And after the 1st use my 117 pound dog broke the collar and took off chasing after deer almost hit by a car due to this faulty collar. I own a similar collar and I assume the construction of this product would be the same the metal hook is insufficient for any dog weighing over a 100 pounds.
Concern about slipping
The size and the reflection are fine but because the collar material is nylon it is slippery and resizes very easily. This means if you have a dog that want to push the collar over their head or back out of the collar the part that is around the neck will easily resize with a bit of trying from the dog. I do not feel comfortable using this on any dog that is not easy to walk on the leash and control.
Shredding too soon
Bought this collar in August 2022 and it is already shredding...a disappointment. I thought it would last longer.

I have a chihuahua and was concerned that the small would be too big but the size worked out great
These collars serve the purpose and look good
I'm not thrilled with nylon. The cloth collars seem much more comfortable for the dogs. I find them scratching at their necks with these. I'll give it some time but I'll probably go for cloth.

I have bought thus type of collar for Sally since she was a puppy. The best collar for any pup!
