Does the gallon size come with a pump?

The gallon jug comes with a pump. The Qt bottle has a squeeze chamber on top of the bottle.

How long does a quart bottle last?

For maintenance, the 1 quart will last 32 days and the gallon will last 128 days. For the loading dose, it is recommended to use 2 ounces per day for the first 5-14 days. 

Can this be used with dogs, as the Farnham Joint Flex can? If so, same 1/4oz per 40#?

Great joint supplement for my old girls.

My 2 older girls, 25 & 26, have been on this joint supplement for years. We mix it in with their morning Topline Balancer. I believe this has kept them both comfortable
