I consider myself a rather handy person, and I was able to assemble it without any help, even though the instructions suggest two people. You must have a good cordless drill with a clutch and use the correct size Phillips bit. I used a bit of bar soap on the long screws as a lubricant. This helped to reduce the possibility of splitting the wood. Assembly took me two evenings after work. Got dark out. Maybe a total of 3 hours. Side panels can be switched if you want the doors on the other side. Small upper door lined up perfectly with the window on the porch. I would like to add, that the company called me to check in. WOW! They asked if I had any issues or questions about the installation!! WOW! Happy with the choice of catio, instructions were easy to follow, cats are happy.

We were very excited to get this for our newly adopted cat, but the quality and safety of this catio is disappointing. It was extremely difficult to put together
We were very excited to get this for our newly adopted cat, but the quality and safety of this catio is disappointing. It was extremely difficult to put together as there were no holes for the screws to go through so we had to drill our own holes.. The mesh is made out of chicken wire and is just stapled onto the wood which is facing the inside of the catio. It pokes out and is scratchy. Our cat likes to rub the sides so this is a huge concern for his safety and comfort. Return for this item is also a hassle because in order to get a refund it has to be in the same condition, but that is impossible because of how difficult it was to build and having to drill our own holes. We will be taking it apart, but it will be ruined during the process. What’s more disappointing is that customer service was not helpful with this situation, especially since we spent almost a $1000 with Chewy for our new cat over the past few weeks and returned nothing else. Very bummed out..

My cat is 15 years old and quite large (not overweight) so she would have appreciated a little more width on the shelves to be truly comfortable lounging.

I got this for my indoor cats, who really love to escape every once in a while. We were able to use a pet door and add this to our lanai. The boys can come and go

This catio is cheap and flimsy, It’s only been assembled for a couple weeks and I’m not confident it’s going to last much longer. For $220 I expected better quality

I'm pleased with the coziwow, but the cat hated it. Also, once I put the cat inside it, He wouldn't let me grab him, and I couldn't reach him. It might be better
