Not as good as other Crumps products

My dog will eat these chews except for the tough skin left on the ends that she leaves without eating. They get hard even if stored in an air tight bag.

Tasty but hard to chew

I was looking for an additional healthy treat for my fur baby to provide a little variety. I knew sweet potatoes were healthy and was impressed by this brand, so I bought a bag to try them. My fur baby has dental issues (I rescued her from a shelter after she was found as a stray), so though she loved the flavor of these treats, they were hard for her to chew. For that reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5, and probably won't purchase them again. I would recommend these for their quality, but advise those with doggy dental issues to avoid them and find something softer and easier to chew.

Made in the USA BUT . . .

Right sized strips for my senior yorkies but the sweet potato strips were very hard. My dogs have very few teeth and didn’t even attempt to try and chew on them

Treats are not always soft when they arrive! Beware they cut my dogs gums

These tasty treats often arrive very crisp. Before they were soft and were great for my older dogs gums but I have tried two other times and they are brittle! Chewy was kind enough in the past to send replacements but the last two time they were again sharp and brittle. feel guilty calling again. May be old stock because of supply issues. just hit or miss.

Dogs Like These When Fresh

These are great treats for Dogs who are allergic to many things...Our dogs aren't allergic to Sweet Potato. They love the taste of these, however, when you first open the bag these are some what breakable. They flex or bend more than break. After a week though, they start to get harder and even harder after 3 weeks. I don't give treats very often to my pups. They are much older now and too much of a good thing is not good. Anyway, not even half the bag is gone and already they are too hard to break, can't cut with scissors now and even tried to cut with "scissors" to cut chicken and turkey bones and that wouldn't even make a mark in the treat! These also can be choking hazard for our pugs. I had to quickly remove one from my dogs throat after giving her a piece I cut that was less than 1/2 inch. Too tough for them to chew after 3 weeks. So in the dump the bag of treats go. Wish there was a way to keep them soft longer than one week or even two. They really did love the taste of these and no allergic reactions. Just be cautious when feeding to your pup/older dogs if these are older than 2 weeks.

Surprisingly Good

My dog absolutely loves these I have to keep up out of her reach otherwise she would stick her head in the bag and help herself I am surprised she loves these she is such a finicky eater I didn't think she would try these but am happily surprised. And my sister's dog who is allergic to anything chicken can even have these so that is good as well

Sweet Potato fries

I'm so disappointed they are like tidbits of sweet potato not fries. Be careful your dog does not choke. I have to put these in treat holder so they do not swallow whole.

Disappointed

My dogs love pretty much anything sweet potato but these are super hard and crunchy. They seem to prefer the soft ones. My older dog actually spit hers out. That was a shock! I will not order these again.

So So-I've Bought Better

Very small quantity for the price imo. And pieces are tiny. I've bought better but also I've purchased worse.
