Is this product a hundred percent chicken free?

None of the Zignature recipes contain any chicken considering it is a common allergen for many dogs, especially ones with allergies and sensitive stomachs. The natural flavoring used in the recipes derives from the same animal protein that is the first meat ingredient in each formula.

Can this be given to a puppy or does zignature only made for adults

This food is suitable for puppies, however, it is recommended that puppies be fed up to two times, per pound of body weight, over adult levels.

At what temperature is this kibble cooked at?

Don’t buy trout and salmon kibble! Fish bones!

I’ve used Zignature kibble and treats for several years. No issues. A few days ago I started a new bag of Small Kibble Trout & Salmon. I found little pointy things

I’ve used Zignature kibble and treats for several years. No issues. A few days ago I started a new bag of Small Kibble Trout & Salmon. I found little pointy things protruding out of the kibble. Determined it was probably fish bone. My 12 year old Miniature Schnauzer who was perfectly healthy yesterday woke up during the night vomiting and bloody diarrhea. Brought her to ER at the U of MInnesota Animal Hospital. $3700 later (and that was just the deposit) I called Chewy after I couldn’t find a working number at Zignature. We looked at the reviews on the product together and found this has been an issue for a few months! People have reported it and Zignature dismissed it as normal. The pictures they showed looked just like ones I took.

Beware of any Zignature products containing fish. We found these fish BONES in the latest bag of salmon and trout kibble. I contacted Zignature and they are not

Beware of any Zignature products containing fish. We found these fish BONES in the latest bag of salmon and trout kibble. I contacted Zignature and they are not the least bit concerned. It's NORMAL they said. We spent over $600 at the emergency vet for my poor little Maltese who had a bone stuck in his throat. Chewy was very kind to refund our purchase price. The bag went in the trash. Spike is now afraid of his food. Poor little guy. We are switching brands. There is something wrong with a company who thinks this is normal and takes no responsibility. .

My Happy Girl

My Chenele Marie has been on this same food since she was just a puppy. My Breeder had her in this from the beginning. She just loves it and she's now 4 years old

Meh.. why are there SHARP bones in the kibble!?

Bubba is a picky eater and he always munches down Zignature’s food.. but this most recent bag I got had a bunch of SHARP tiny bones sticking out of the kibble? I don’t know if I can confidently recommend this food? I don’t know if it will upset pups stomach linings/intestinal track? Maybe I’m being over protective, idk. Just giving yall a heads up.

Awesome food!

Gwendolyn has a horrible Chicken & Wheat allergies. Since being on Zignature trout & Salmon, Gwendolyn has been great. We haven't had any ear infection sinces

Sharp Objects

I have purchased this food twice and the 2nd batch had incredibly sharp pieces in them. This picture is just a few pieces I found in 1 handful. They seem to be shards

Upset her gut

Soph has a sensitive stomach & is adjusted to Zignature multi-protein small bites but u haven't carried it in a while. Thought the fish would be OK- but I was wrong
