It was excellent service. As usual very fast.
I am pretty picky about what I feed my wild birds and most of the suet I looked at had fillers that birds don’t like and don’t provide any value (ex. Millet), so I searched and searched. I finally found this which fits the bill and my birds love it! I get a variety of woodpeckers (hairy, downy, red-bellied, flickers, sapsuckers) and other birds (nuthatches, chickadees). I had been buying my bird food and suet from wild birds unlimited, which has the highest of quality but quite pricey. I moved and had to find an alternative. This is a great alternative and much more affordable!
My birds were apprehensive to try this, but eventually they gave in and loved it. This provided a great mixture of seeds and fruits for them. It’s affordable and comes in a pre wrapped squares for ease of use. The animal that enjoyed this the most was one of my squirrels who tried to steal it but ended up dropping it and breaking it. I am excited to put a new one out to see what other adventures come from it!
Most suet products say they have fruit and such but the fruit is fake fruit scent and it makes the person ordering it smell the fruit but the birds could care less. This product has real, actual apples, blueberries and cherries! Are you kidding me? It also has roasted peanuts and oats. My birds have good taste! They prefer all of the C&S products over others so I have switched over and they love me! Haha! Note that the C&S products have real ingredients which is why they are loved by my birdies. Thank you for providing such a great product!
I got the 12 pack of this suet and put it out as soon as I got it. It’s been a couple of weeks already and it has only gotten a couple nibbles. For some reason the birds just don’t care for it. Other suet is gone in a couple of days. The shipping was so fast though, that was awesome!
Within minutes of putting the suet out a dozen birds showed up devouring it. They seem to enjoy it a lot. I really like that it is so easy to fill and leaves less mess than traditional seed.
