    A big hit with critters

By Wren on Jan 19, 2021

I've been buying this for ages and am happy to fund it here in a large quantity at a great price. these are so much better than messy, gooey suet cakes. they don't melt or drip or get Icky or stuck with feathers and dead bugs. I put some of these out along my window sill and everything from sparrows to cardinals to red wing black birds to starlings grab them and...the best part...they either eat it or fly off with a piece. no mess no fighting no ants or mice. a great source for needed fat and energy without a hanging suet basket thats always too big for the cakes and is full of goo and cooties when you have to change it. LOTS here in a zip lock bag. also bought blueberry

    Yummy for the birds

By Sambones on Feb 11, 2021

I have a little little hanging cup that I fill with these and the wrens and chickadees love it. When the baby quail arrive I scatter it for them and they love it too. Very handy little nuggets.

Birds Loved It - Humans not so much

    By jhuf on Oct 2, 2020 top1Contributor

These little round pellets of Bird Suet was not what we were expecting. At first glance we were disappointed in our purchase. We set out and filled our feeders and discovered how much the birds (and squirrels) really loved these nuggets. Completely changed our mind. Instead of fighting over who gets to peck at a suet cake, the birds swoop in, grab a nugget and fly off. Never seen so many birds come to our feeders. Good stuff once appreciated. Definitely reorder.

    Lots of happy birds!

By HoosierBT on Aug 17, 2020

I have bought these in the smaller bags for years, now get them in this large size. I put them in a tray or platform feeder. I have all sorts of woodpeckers, bluebirds, orioles and even robins eating them. The adult birds have been bringing their young and introducing them to these nuggets!Very pleased with this product--as are my birds!

    Enjoyed by birds

By DebNY on Aug 21, 2020

Having the nuggets available in a larger-sized option is good, the downside is that many more will pulverize. I will use the powder in a homemade suet mix so win-win! The birds enjoy the nuggets which are usually first choice in the seed offerings.

    Box of Dust

    By Birder007 on Aug 3, 2020

Got these last week when I ordered a number of items. When I opened the box it was a lot of small particles in the box. I have purchased this in a bag before and there was some sediment but nothing like this time. Not sure of it was the shipping or the product.

    Woodpeckers Love It!

By BirdLover on Sep 23, 2020

I got this one and the one specifically for woodpeckers. They love it - as do the white-breasted nuthatches and even some of the wrens.

    Definite Winner

    By kar66 on Sep 7, 2020

The birds just love it. Squirrels love it too. The good thing is the feeder only allows for very small portions so I don't have to refill every day.
