I really wanted to like this but my haflinger gelding wouldn't touch ANY of his feed if this was mixed into it. It's VERY fishy smelling. I understand that the most concentrated omegas are marine based but there is no kind of additive to this product to combat the fishy-ness.

I had heard about DAC oil for years but wasn't sure about the breakdown of the fatty acids. I have always used ground flax but this oil is a game changer. Horses love it; smells fantastic and I'm already seeing a gloss to their coats. I hope this oil will help with my older gelding's arthritis. Have already bought another gallon. It has the fat content needed to put and keep weight on an old horse.

Our horse JD is 35 had lost so much weight does not have many teeth left we were graining him a lot . We added 6 pumps of oil twice a day and he looks awesome.

A total reboot

Redd is almost thirty yrs old, he was dropping weight and I was feeding him four times a day. I was giving him this oil in the morning feed only because it helped

Redd is almost thirty yrs old, he was dropping weight and I was feeding him four times a day. I was giving him this oil in the morning feed only because it helped with his skin issues, my farrier said oil helps horses put weight on but can cause diarrhea, I increased his oil to two pumps each feeding and oh my it was like someone gave him a boost of energy gone was the plod along horse and now he runs into the field snd then runs back into the barn when I call him. It’s truly a god send and I started ordering the large bucket. Highly recommend it!
