My Cheval Canadien is metabolic and gets meds and supplements to support him, but it was a struggle to get him to eat them all when just giving him Teff or even Timothy pellets. After switching him to Meta-Safe he started licking his bucket clean and is actually excited for dinner time! His weight has improved and his metabolic numbers on his annual blood panel have improved.

This is a specialty feed for horses with metabolic issues. It’s Australian and very high quality. Yes it’s more expensive but the quality is unbeatable. My horse had a very bad bout of laminitis and suffered both fronts pedal bone rotation. He’s doing better so I won’t risk feeding him anything else.
