I’m not going to lie, these smell so yummy! Every horse at the local horse rescue loves these treats. And best of all, so does my very picky mare who won’t eat just anything! We soak them in water sometimes and also feed by hand.

Big Hit

My two geldings love these. The size, shape, and texture is similar to peppermint treats I have from a different brand so I think it's very comparable to "regular"

My two geldings love these. The size, shape, and texture is similar to peppermint treats I have from a different brand so I think it's very comparable to "regular" treats. I am still catious feeding it to my horses though and make sure to break the larger pieces up. I wish they were just a little softer. Would not reccomend for horses that don't have constant access to food 24/7, as they can be more exuberent, for fear of choke. It's the scarfing it down mixed with dryness of hay that has me hesitant.

Caused one horse to choke

I really, really, loved these treats for my gelding. He loves the banana flavor. But, because of the size and hardness of these, one of the horses at the barn choked

I really, really, loved these treats for my gelding. He loves the banana flavor. But, because of the size and hardness of these, one of the horses at the barn choked on them. I’ll use the rest of my bag as a soaking snack but I would really discourage this product as a treat for that reason.
