Do these treats contain herbicide and/or pesticides?

Standlee applies herbicides and pesticides on an occasional basis - typically once per year and only as needed, depending on the specific crop. They do not use Roundup or Grazon in any of their farming practices.

Varied sizes for every sized equine!

I have a mini horse named Hatchet. And, as we all know, alfalfa treats are really good for horses. So I wanted to find something that would be suitable to his size

I have a mini horse named Hatchet. And, as we all know, alfalfa treats are really good for horses. So I wanted to find something that would be suitable to his size (vs alfalfa cubes which are kind of huge for him). So I found this! And he loves them! Now Hatchet is NOT a picky eater. But the horses he lives with are. None of them have rejected this treat. It’s been a popular choice! Some of the treats are larger and then some are broken down. I use the smaller ones for my lad, Hatchet. Then I use the larger ones to gift to the larger horses on property, who also adore them. I haven’t tried breaking them apart to make them all smaller for just my mini horse but I’m very happy with the options. They smell amazing!

Unexpectedly popular horse treat

I usually don't worry about having treats in my pocket when I walk in the pasture. But I can't have these in my pocket because all five horses LOVE these treats

I usually don't worry about having treats in my pocket when I walk in the pasture. But I can't have these in my pocket because all five horses LOVE these treats and can smell them very quickly. I did not expect anise to be favored over peppermint but these are now the Most Favored of all treats!

no extra fillers or sugar and not dried out.

Raven doesn't like apples so it's hard to find treats without apples. she can't get enough of them she even gets mad if I don't have some in my pocket to give her

Mustang Approved

Title says it- my mustang (like many) is a picky lad, but so far almost all of the Standlee treats have been a hit! When I bought these, he was finally learning

Title says it- my mustang (like many) is a picky lad, but so far almost all of the Standlee treats have been a hit! When I bought these, he was finally learning to take treats directly from my hand, so the size of these treats made training him to be gentle very easy. (He's a senior, so a much steeper learning curve than the younger ones!) They were easy for him to see, and even easier for him to feel around for on my palm! These ones do tend to be on the dryer side compared to some of this brand's other treat products, so these are his high value treats, rather than low or mid tier value treats.
