Where are the ingredients sourced?

Salmon used in these treats is wild caught off the Pacific West Coast and is a United States sourced ingredient. Most of the ingredients in these treats are sourced within North America. There are a few spices that come from countries like Turkey. No ingredients are sourced from China.

Does the 15lb box of treats have the cookies contained within a bag or liner for freshness on the inside? I'd like to know if these are kept from turning stale and keeping out bugs or rodents before purchasing. Thank you.

All of Darford's bulk treats come inside a plastic bag inside the box. In fact, they recently started double bagging them and changing the way they zip tie the tops of the bags shut. All of their boxes of bulk treats will be done this way now.

Are these hard treats? My little guy is missing several teeth

Why cane molasses?

Cane Molasses is used as a natural colorant and flavor. Sucrose is sugar which is an organic compound. It is used in these products as a natural preservative, by lowering the water activity of the product and preventing bacteria growth. This keeps the product shelf stable & enhances palatability
