Well, this is yet another brush you can't find for human use. I use it to exfoliate gently when I'm in the shower. It's not as harsh as a looffa. I'm shaking my head. This brush beats all of the other products I've used. It's got such soft bristles that it doesn't scratch. I can see why it would be a good brush for a horse's face or body. Now that I think about it, the other pet brush I purchased from Chewy would probably be good for a horse's mane and tail. I'll leave that to the experts.

Nice and soft for face

I bought several of these for gifts. Some horses don’t like having their face messed with. This is gentle and not at all painful for them. So my mare let me groom

So Soft For Kitties

I bought this soft horse face brush for my kitties. I brush their chin, cheeks and top of head while I brush the rest of their body. They enjoy it and it distracts

I bought this soft horse face brush for my kitties. I brush their chin, cheeks and top of head while I brush the rest of their body. They enjoy it and it distracts them enough for me to get the areas they don't enjoy having me brush. I used this technique before with a stiffer cat brush and I was concerned about their eyes getting scratched when they would lean in and rub their face on it. This soft brush makes me feel less concerned about harm to their eyes and face. It also make a good finishing brush on the rest of their body including tender forelimbs and rearlimbs. My 14 yo kitty has thinner skin and she seems to like this brush better.
