About This Item

  • Rows of durable, stainless steel blades with shorter, rounded teeth on one edge and larger, pointed teeth on the opposite edge.
  • Shorter teeth are perfect for removing loose hair from her summer coat; larger teeth help remove caked-on mud from her winter coat.
  • A galvanized, tension spring holds the rings firmly on the Grip-Fit comfort handle; the shank pin allows you to switch easily between the two blade patterns.
  • Also handy for cleaning your other brushes by moving the bristles across the rigid blades to dislodge trapped dirt and debris.
  • Proudly made in the USA.

Awesome On Mud

This is the best brush for getting off dried mud and excess hair! It is easily one of my most used brushes. Takes off caked, dried mud so easily and without discomfort to my horse. She loves it!

Great for Shepherds

Our shepherd sheds so bad and someone suggested getting a horse comb. It works great and gets all that loose undercoat especially now when she's losing her winter coat. Great product.

Made in America!!!

Worked great (my old one was rusted) and I was happy to see that this product was Made in America! There needs to be more of that in light of all this pandemic issue!

Almost Perfect for DOG grooming

I have a fine long haired big Malamute and this is one of the best grooming aids I've used. Short strokes and a flip of the wrist and the hair comes off the comb. Much better than the rake as you don't have to keep cleaning it after every stroke. Dog does not get scratched as the teeth don't reach the skin but glide along the top layer like petting. My dog stands still for grooming a lot longer. It gets all the loose hairs with NO pulling. You don't get as much hair per stroke as the rake but you make up the time in not having to stop after every few strokes. Just a quick flip of the wrist and back to grooming.

Great brush

Gets the job done wonderfully! Doesn’t pull too much while getting the big clumps of mud off

Great product

We have a long haired dog with a heavy undercoat. Discovered this when we had horses.

Too large for my dogs

This is a big larger then i thought it would be, and they dont seem to like it. But my friend has a husky so I'm just going to give it to him.

Not the sturdiest, but it will do

Works well enough. Would have expected a little better quality and when it says colors vary, it would have been nice to not see the same tan as in the thumbnail as I was buying it start training my niece in horsemanship and little things like fun colors help to keep attention. I just wrapped it in colorful duct tape instead. Like I said the plastic handle doesn't seem sound, but I'll just have to be extra careful with storage and hope I can make it last.
