Can I use it to provide more liquid in wet food?

I have 2 dogs and use a larger water bowl so is it OK to use 2 tbsp and 16oz of water? Or should I just fill it up more often than I do now Thanks

I had called the company to ask if it was acceptable to mix a gallon at a time and the answer was "yes". The only reason I stopped doing that was I noticed white flakes in the water, possibly from the gallon water jug. Now I use a 16oz glass jar to mix a bigger batch and have had no problems. Good luck!

Do I add this every time I fill the bowl?

It's recommended to only add 1 teaspoon (capful) of Dental Fresh to every 8 ounces of drinking water. If your dog drinks more than 8 ounces of water a day, more can be added with each new bowl.

Is this safe for cats too?

It actually works!

I have a 14 year old cat who has always had dental issues. When she was 7, a few teeth randomly dissolved, and at 10, she needed 4 more removed. I've always worried

I have a 14 year old cat who has always had dental issues. When she was 7, a few teeth randomly dissolved, and at 10, she needed 4 more removed. I've always worried about her tooth health, but tooth brushung is an absolute nightmare. Therefore, I do it less frequently than I should. Ergo, I gave this product a try. She never seemed to notice anything different with the water and drinks it readily. I was FLOORED this year when I took her to the vet and they said "her teeth look great!!!" It's never happened in her life besides the kitten years. The only thing we've done differently is this water additive. I will be signing its praises and recommending it to all the cat people I know. If you have a cat or dog with teeth issues, it is worth every penny.

I tried this in the dogs big water bowl and used less to start out with. My Golden retiever vomited and had diarrhea for days until I realized it might be this and switched out the water. Once I gave her regular water without this stuff her symptoms stopped

Seems to really work.

I like this formula because it has no dye in it & really seems to work. My girls have been using it for years. Joy is 9 and has never needed a dental procedure

We use a little more than recommended. Now we use Dental Fredh and get his teeth checked and cleaned annually. His dental health is much better.

I have 2 water bowls in my house and both my dog and cat prefer the bowl that has the Dental Fresh. My dog is 10 years old and has sparkly white teeth and fresh breath. My cat is a senior with FIV and stomatitis (inflammation in his mouth) and this seems to help.

The water additive is helpful when caring for multiple pets; some are just NOT going to cooperate with toothpaste. But the improvement in packaging is the bomb

My dog had a dental cleaning a little over a year ago. Although he doesn’t have a ton of build up on his teeth due to semi-regular cleanings, his breath is pretty awful. (I blame his special salmon allergy diet) I can confirm he doesn’t have any broken or abscessed/infected teeth causing the issue. After ONE week of using this product, I can tell there is improvement. When he sits a few feet away and pants, I can’t smell overwhelming bad breath like before. It’s very faint now, so I can imagine that the use of this product will continue to improve his breath. I change his water daily and put in fresh product measured to the amount instructed on the bottle. He doesn’t act like his water tastes any different.
