Remember to keep plenty of fresh water available to your pet at all times.
Some pets may have sensitive stomachs and could potentially experience digestive upset from a sudden diet change. Because of this, we recommend making a gradual transition between foods. Begin with 25% of the recommended daily portion of the new food mixed with 75% of the recommended daily portion of the previous diet. Feed this blend for 2-3 days and then change the mix to 50% of each for 2-3 days. Then feed 75% of the recommended daily portion of the new food with 25% of the recommended daily portion of the previous diet for a final 2-3 days before fully switching.
Cats can be funny about diet changes. Watch closely to be sure that your cat is eating during the transition. We recommend that you put two bowls of food out - one for the new food and one for the old - so that you can closely monitor how much of each is being consumed.
- For sensitive cats, extend the period to 10 to 14 days.

Not sure what happened
I bought this food for my overweight cat on December 18th of last year (2022). I slowly introduced it to her per the feeding directions on the bag and she took to it well. She liked it! So, I added it to my next autoship order which was January 22nd 2023. As I added this bag to the food vault I noticed that the pieces of food did not look the same as the first bag. I re-checked the order to see if I accidentally ordered a different food - nope same brand, same flavor but different looking. Apparently it tastes different as well. She doesn't like it. So my search goes on looking for a limited ingredient low calorie food for my big fat cat!
Very crumbly/dusty
My 3 cats liked this food. The problem I had with it was very dusty/ crumbly. It made a big mess everywhere.
She LOVES it!
She gobbled it up, right away. I didn't even have to introduce it slowly!

So far my boy likes it. Was nervous about buying something that he wouldn’t like and wasting money to have to put out more money. So far he’s eating it without any problems and he is an older cat.
No real weight loss
My cat needs to lose weight and I had hoped this cat food would help accomplish that. At least my cat is not gaining weight.
Inside Cats
My cats loved this food but I want them to be on the same food as the outside cats. It just makes it easier for the person who takes care of them when I'm on vacation and she has to feed them. So please take this off of my auto-ship. Thank you
Cat food for constipation
I bought this food because of its high fiber content... My cat has struggled going to the bathroom. He is definitely pooping more so its working. But his stools are still hard... Working on that with my vet. But this food and its fiber content seem to be helping a ton.

Diamond is a brand a trust so I figured I would try this for my cat who has been trending up in weight the last few years. I was worried she would turn her nose up but I blended it in with another food and she seems to like it!
Picky cat with food Allergies loves it.
Ashes has food allergies and is a picky eater on top of that so was so glad that he likes this food and it has not caused him to itch. He was already on a no corn, wheat or soy diet. He loves it and my other cat also loves it.
