DOG MATE WATER FOUNTAIN
WORKS GREAT AND THE ANIMALS SEEM TO LIKE IT A LOT,,,COLLECTS DIRT FROM DOGS, BUT EASY TO DUMP OUT AND CLEAN,,REFILL WITH WATER, I USE WATER FROM A 5 GALLON BOTTLED WATER CONTAINER AND THE CRITTERS SEEM TO LIKE IT A LOT BETTER,,,WILL EVENUTALLY BUY ANOTHER ONE LATER ON FOR USE OUTSIDE AND POSSIBLY ANOTHER FOR ANOTHER SPOT INSIDE THE HOUSE,,,
Doesn't work
I bought my 2nd one of these after the first motor burned out on the first one. Bought 2nd in January 2023. May 2023, motor burned out again. Other than that it's a nice big water fountain.
Poor Quality
I bought the Dog Mate Fountain on in September 2022, and it was delivered on the 14th of September 2022. I have 3 cats and 1 dog that drink from this fountain and because of that I clean it every other day and replace the filter once a week. I am very disappointed with this fountain, not only just 6 months old and it no longer works. Now I have many filters that I can't use. Please be wary of purchasing this fountain, it doesn't hold up.
Stopped the toilet bowl drinking!
Love this product because it stopped the cat from drinking out of the toilet bowl. I purposely got a large one so I would not have to refill it daily. I only have to add water once per week. It is also completely silent, unless the water falls below the minimum line. So far so good!
Poor Quality
Thinking this would be great for my fur babies, didn't get a chance to try it. Was cracked in the water containment area. Chewy was great by sending another one, it too was cracked.
Broke already
Bought in December 2022 we are April 2023 and as of yesterday the 3rd I had to throw it out. Pump stomped working. I cleaned this out every 2 days :( My cat is really sad now.
Does not work
I'm not a fan if this water fountain. It doesn't circulate the water and the filter is clogged up within two days.
Doesn't do what is advertised
I thought this would be a pretty cool watering bowl for my girl but as soon as I put it together immediately I noticed no water was flowing from the top I've read directions over and over reset it nothing is working right. That said it leaves all the hair on top of the water in the bottom floor. Definitely not worth the money wish it actually worked. That said chewy is amazing and has always been amazing to me it's not their fault that it's a cheap product
horrible purchase
Don’t waste your time or money on this. Not worth it. Pump breaks after a few months, I read that in previous reviews after I already purchased it and wanted to have faith in it. Sure enough mine broke too after 2-3 months.
