What size are the largest patches

The Small patches measure 3 x 1 inches, the Medium patches measure 4 x 1.5 inches, and the Large patches measure 6 x 2 inches.

Hello, two things 1) can these be used with any vest? 2) are the iron on or velcro?

These patches are designed for use with the Doggie Stylz harness however, they may be used on other vests due to the Velcro attachment.
