Blu-Kote works awesome. We usually buy the one that’s liquid with a dauber. This time we bought their spray because our dog had an issue that required more area

Blu-Kote works awesome. We usually buy the one that’s liquid with a dauber. This time we bought their spray because our dog had an issue that required more area to cover and this was easier. It’s works great for wounds and skin infections. We have used this on our dogs, chickens, bull, goats and even cats. Yes, it says not to use on cats but we’ve never had a problem. It recently healed our cats swollen injured paw. I’m not giving advice to use it on your cats, as the directions say not to, I’m just telling you what we’ve personally done. You’ll want to wear gloves when applying this stuff or you’ll end up with blueish purple hands for days.

Excellent for Rooster legs

My rooster is a Golden cuckoo Moran so he's got (had) feathers on his legs. All of the chicken girls have plucked them off and now they constantly are pecking at

My rooster is a Golden cuckoo Moran so he's got (had) feathers on his legs. All of the chicken girls have plucked them off and now they constantly are pecking at him. This stuff really has helped to keep them at Bay and stop making him bleed. I am very happy that I found this product. I do spray it on him every 3 or 4 days. So I always keep a backup can too.

Covers and heals well but

The spray button doesn’t work well and be prepared to get purple dye all over yourself that is hard to get off.

Blu-Kote it works on ducks and chickens

I thought why not try it on humans since a drake grabbed my finger and it started to bleed. Well, I had a hard time explaining to my husband how I became purple

I thought why not try it on humans since a drake grabbed my finger and it started to bleed. Well, I had a hard time explaining to my husband how I became purple. He did get one of the best laughs of his life, so that was worth it. IT WORKS AS INTENDED for poultry group.

Only medicine that worked for treating hotspots

My massive had a massive hotspot on his face and after one application, it dried about 50% of it up. Just beware it will stain.
