How does this attach to bir cage for

This cup bolts onto the cage with hardware provided with the coop cup. The hardware includes a ring for the coop cup as well as the 2 metal plates that go on the inside and outside of the cage and screw to “bolt-on” to the cage.
Can I use this bowl for my two parakeet's?

Perfect bird foraging bowl

Love stainless steel, easy to clean. I use it as a foraging bowl for my Cockatiel Pikachu but it's perfect for a regular feeding bowl. I put his favorite treats in it with some bird safe cut up colorful paper straws or colorful shredded paper so he has to hunt/root around for the treats. He has the best time, so glad to have it!

nut was cross threaded

I could not get the nut off. Luckily, my husband could and was able to replace it with a different nut. Also, The metal loop that holds the bowl is not flat and is very hard to bend, so the bowl tilts towards the cage panel. Disappointing.

Great little bowls. Easy to clean. Remember to tighten them up every week or so.

Sturdy Attachment and Easy Cleaning

I purchased this for my rat cage. It attaches firmly enough that they can pull themselves up from the edge. The bowl is the right size for them, and can be easily slipped out of the holding ring for a quick scrub without having to touch the wingnut.
