Disappointed

This was my first time purchasing this product, and I was really looking forward to it, but I ended up disappointed. Before ordering, I saw a few reviews mentioning

This was my first time purchasing this product, and I was really looking forward to it, but I ended up disappointed. Before ordering, I saw a few reviews mentioning mold, but since there were many more positive ones, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the product we received also had small green mold spots on a couple of pieces. I contacted customer service, and they sent a replacement. The replacement didn’t have any mold, but the packaging was a disaster. Most of the rawhide sticks had come out of the product box and were rolling around freely inside the shipping box. The shipping box itself was dented and had a hole(probably from shipping), so it was clearly exposed to dust and dirt. If this product were on a store shelf, no one would buy something that looked this opened and unsanitary. It seems the main problem is the packaging design. The product comes in a paper box with a small open window and no sealing sticker, which means it’s not fully protected from air, moisture, or dirt. The opening part also doesn’t have a seal, so during shipping it’s easy for the contents to spill out. If Chewy had used a smaller box or shrink-wrapped the package, the second issue likely wouldn’t have happened. Overall, I’m disappointed with both the product packaging and Chewy’s shipping.

Not rawhide

These are a great substitution for rawhide. We feel comfortable giving these to our chihuahuas knowing they will digest easily. Our dogs love these. They are skinny

These are a great substitution for rawhide. We feel comfortable giving these to our chihuahuas knowing they will digest easily. Our dogs love these. They are skinny chews so they don’t last more than 10-15 minutes especially with one of our dogs who is a super chewer.

GREAT CHEWS

Jaxon is a 9 week old long haired Dachshund. He is teething like crazy and I tried every chew known to man and he did not like them or they were too large. I saw an ad for these on FB and ordered from Chewy. They are CLEAN, he loves them, the right size and natural, not full of chemicals. The venison is free range which I love. I tried others and they smelled and he would have nothing to do with them. FINALLY he can chew on something other than my hand!!!!!

Choking hazard!

The fact that they are digestible

Reggie didn’t have any interest in them. Max on the other hand, chewed his in no time and then continued to find the one I gave the cat and stole it and ate it!
