How large is the entrance hole?

The opening is generally 7-8 inches wide. Please keep in mind that each bed is hand crafted and may vary slightly from cave to cave. Also, if needed, the opening can be stretched wider by pulling on either end of the opening- the felted wool is very durable and will not tear.
