It's not whether or not Jezebel loves these balls (which she does). They are just the right diameter for a cat, have the felt surface that makes things more interesting cat-wise, and bounce just the right amount. The mystery is where they go. Some day I'll find the cache of where she's hidden them, but until then I'll just keep pulling a new one out of the package. :)
These wool balls were purchased to replace a felted wool toy that Sunny Cat had loved so much it eventually fell apart. When the Chewy shipment arrived her first priority were the treats, then the Chewy box and later in the evening after I took one ball out of the packaging and sprayed it with catnip oil, she started playing with the new toy. She wasn't as overjoyed as I had thought she would be. After batting the ball around a short bit she went on to other adventures. The next morning I noticed the ball was on the couch in the folds of a soft blanket she had slept on for part of the night. I gave the toy four stars because the balls are well made and look like they'll last a long time. If she had been as thrilled with the ball as the toy it replaces, I would have posted five stars.
These are soft golfball-sized felt balls, with a good bounce and some heft. I am not worried that my active teenage cats will tear them apart or choke on them, like some other toys I've purchased.
Our two teenage cats FluffyCat and LittleCat play with these all the time. We never know where they are gonna' pack them off to lol!
My two cats never looked at these even once. Completely disinterested in them
I love to play with these. I hid them under furniture and have fun chasing them around the house. They are lightweight and a good quality product. I hope your human will buy some for you too. Love, Fin
I bought these for my fur baby cat but he doesn't like them because I think they're to big but my dog loves playing with them:)
I bought a package to give as stocking stuffers for my cats and extended family cats (3 homes, 7 cats). Both of my cats love them. One of cats in extended family likes his rolled in catnip (or maybe he just likes the catnip). These are similar to wool dryer balls but smaller (and yes my cats have found a way to get the dryer balls to be able to play with them). Disadvantage is they will roll under furniture. Advantage is robo vac won't eat them. A win for cats, owners, and households.
These are larger than I thought, and the young cats love them, but too large to play catch with.
Nice toy balls, great size and seem to be well made. Not a big hit with my cats which surprised me because they love my wool dryer balls. I would still recommend these though because not all cats like the same things. My neighbors cats will enjoy them.
