This shoe can fit on the front or back this boots design opens up completely for a fast fit on hooves of all shapes and sizes.

How do you measure for size for the easy care trail boot?

After a fresh trim, measure the width of the hoof across the sole at the widest point. Then measure the length of the hoof from the toe to the buttress line of the heel. The buttress line is the farthest weight bearing point of the heel where the hoof wall ends. Do not include the heel bulbs in the measurement. Compare your measurement with the size chart. Ideally, the length and width measurement will fit into the same size. If the length and width measurements indicate different sizes, select the larger size. If the width and length measurements are different by more than one size, this boot style is not recommended.Be sure to check your measurements against an alternative boot in the EasyCare line--another style may accommodate your horse’s hoof shape better.

Trail boot

It was easy to put on and stayed on. It definitely gave my tender-footed boy some relief after he bruised his foot.

WOW these Easy Boots are EASY!

I used the original Easyboots way back in the late 70s early 80s and they were hard to put on and they came off way too easy. These Pony sneakers are the BEST

I used the original Easyboots way back in the late 70s early 80s and they were hard to put on and they came off way too easy. These Pony sneakers are the BEST. My old mare finally got over a founder she had 12+ years ago and we are back able to ride. Sadly her soles are just more tender than they were way back so she needed something. These things are AWESOME. They went on easy and so far they have not come off even when she overreaches a bit. I think once she is used to the feel she will pick her feet up more crisply and not over step. With these on her front feet she had no issue on the gravel! AWESOME!~

Durable Comfort

Draft mare foundered, rotated 20+ degrees, with whiteline & damage in both front feet, resectioned by Equine Podiatrist; has to be kept clean & dry while the foot grows out. We've tried several other well known brands then found these. First ones to hold up to 24/7 month after month. Our Vet and Farrier both reco.mend keeping them on because of the improved condition of the feet due to being able to keep them so clean and dry while being kept in her stall so much while florida wet season persists.

The ease of putting them on my horse!

He has thin soles and some bruising. I purchased these boots & he seems very comfortable in them and walking much better and am able to ride again!

Durable and great fit.

I read lots of reviews before settling on purchasing these. I have a mare that has a minor case of laminitis, she doesn’t require shoes but is spending some time

I read lots of reviews before settling on purchasing these. I have a mare that has a minor case of laminitis, she doesn’t require shoes but is spending some time in a paddock that doesn’t have the best ground. Rather than go with founder boots I’m using these with pads for the durability. Measuring was simple and they’re a great fit with no rubbing like some people have mentioned with other boots. I would definitely recommend these.

Actually seems to fit

I had a horse break off enough of the wall of the hoof there wasn't anything left to nail a shoe to. So tried the easy boot trail to turn him out in and for light

I had a horse break off enough of the wall of the hoof there wasn't anything left to nail a shoe to. So tried the easy boot trail to turn him out in and for light riding. So far have only had one episode where the boot got turned and he came in with a rub on the pastern. So pretty pleased with it.

Before putting the boots on my donkey I covered her hoof with a clean sock. The boots were much too wide. Donkeys are difficult to fit for boots, and despite these boots being well made, they were too loose on my donkey. I sent them back via Fed Ex last week, in the original packaging and in pristine condition. I have yet to see a refund or a response from Chewy

it is easy care

I still like it but the boot slipped off after 24 hours while still attached with the velcro. So no searching for it in the field but potentially could irritate
