To have the suction cup stick to the floor, simply press and hold down the heavy duty suction cup firmly to a smooth, flat, dry and clean surface for at least 30 seconds.

This item seems like it is good quality and tough. It never stuck to any surface. My frenchie had it pulled apart in an hour of playing with it. The little connecting rubber piece is a swallowing hazard as it came right off once the rope is torn out of the end pieces. Do not recommend

Suction cup tug

Spent 2 hrs trying to get this to suction to the floor. After a while I tried just random things (file cabinet, window,etc.) no matter what I did, wouldn't stick

Spent 2 hrs trying to get this to suction to the floor. After a while I tried just random things (file cabinet, window,etc.) no matter what I did, wouldn't stick. Dog finally couldn't handle the wait command and stole the toy, ready for a game of chase... I gave up. Don't get this if your dog is a chewer. The rope/Bungie was broke in less than a minute. Ball was chewed off and in pieces in less than 2 minutes.

It was too big

Totally my fault. Didn't realize how big it would be for a King Charles. Gave it to my neighbor for her standard poodle.

This was a disappointing piece of junk. The suction cup barely stuck to the floor. I'd stick the cup down, and when I lifted the ball just to test the hold, it popped up. I tried all the tricks I could. Wet/damp suction cup. Dry suction cup, wet or damp floor, nothing worked. It's only getting 1 star because it's the lowest rating I can submit. Completely worthless.

Not recommended for super/aggressive chewers.
