Chewy, please stop putting multiple large bags of dog food into one giant box. This order was for two 5-lb bags to take to the boarding kennel, but I typically order 30-lb. bags and you send them to me in a single box. Not only is the box a mess when it shows up ... because it's so heavy! ... but it is nearly impossible for me to wrestle that into the house. I know I am not the only person having this problem because it's all over social media.

It's not recommended for everyone - but my mixed hound has been a Eukanuba customer since I adopted her around 12 weeks. I know her needs are changing but the medium

It's not recommended for everyone - but my mixed hound has been a Eukanuba customer since I adopted her around 12 weeks. I know her needs are changing but the medium breed puppy mixed with fresh chicken has her interested in eating again. I augment this with feedings of the freeze dried Nulo and she comes in the kitchen again - excited about feeding time.

Our picky 9mos Border Collie refused to eat this. It is another bag that went to the birds. I tried mixing it with Hills wet food, putting a chipped egg on top, mixing in rice and chicken, using a snuffle mat, etc. He stopped eating Hills dry puppy food half of the largest bag in. Chewy recommended a few other options so I placed an order for one. Soon I will need to look for adult dog food lol.

Wrong food was sent. I was sent a return label and had to drive a 40 LB bag of food to a FedEx drop off point. Then was told I had to wait until Chewy recieved the

Wrong food was sent. I was sent a return label and had to drive a 40 LB bag of food to a FedEx drop off point. Then was told I had to wait until Chewy recieved the food before they would send the correct food out. This put me out of food for my puppy as I only had about 2 days of food max. So I then had to drive approximately 1.5 hours round trip to a store that carried the food I originally ordered. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in Chewy, they’ve been so good to me up until this point. I’m cancelling most all of my business with them, it’s pretty obvious they don’t value me as a customer, I was not offered a thing for my inconvenience. Their mistake cost me 2 plus hours of my time and a quarter tank of gas. Not even close to okay customer care.
