This is the only food my dog will eat with kibble. This is the second time I have received cases that the top of the cans weren’t sucked sealed and the food smelled rotten. She would not even go near it. I don’t understand why I get a few good cases then this happens again the company I buy from is fantastic it isn’t them it is evangers
Best Dog Food Anywhere

My dogs are thrilled to get these actual chicken thighs. The best way to prepare is to empty the can into the sink and remove the skin/fat and rinse or spray with fresh water. Then add the the pieces of chicken on top of their kibble. I sure hope this is not discontinued because it’s the best dog food I’ve found.
Stinks as if spoiled

Got rid of two cases of this food. We have been using Evangers canned food for years, but is seems the quality has slipped so badly in the last few months it is not worth buying. We had the same experience with the beef too. When the can is opened the meat smells spoiled. Done with Evangers.
Yes, BONE AND ALL. Low Fat.

Terrific supplemental food. Bones are indeed soft enough to be eaten and provides lots of essential minerals along with the wonderful bone broth. I used a fork to test the hardness of the bones and they basically crush up versus splinter. My dogs love this stuff and it is as close to home cooked as one can get. It is actually rather low in fat at 2.5% crude fat. Regular pate type dog food is usually about 10% fat. Although you can see bits of fat in the can it may actually be lower in fat than your regular canned foods.
Yoshi loved it

The "soup" is loved by my dog. I pour it over his kibble and he licks the bowl. Awesome food for the picky eater.
Too Much Fat

And, I am talking the lard that takes the form of the can and contributes to a good amount of the content that is in the can. Otherwise, I would have given this product a 5/5.
My dogs love it. What I do is put the can in the fridge before opening and then removing the lard that hardens at the top of the can.

My babies love these chicken thighs as one of their favorite foods. We alternate thir canned food w evangers flavors and they love them all but they really like to eat the slow cooked bones
My cats love this food too!

They were licking the last drops from the dog's bowl so I started feeding this and the beef to them and they gobbled it up! They all have been fussy about their food lately, but this brand really kicks it up a notch for them! So nice to see them all eager for meals, happy and content with full bellies. I still offer free access to dry kibble, dog and cat versions, which have the supplements that they need to stay healthy. Best of both worlds!
