Inconsistent, morsels not cut smal enough very disappointing

My cats loved purple time until this product went downhill fast. After 8 cases in a row of not smelling right ans morsels not cut small enough to prevent choking

My cats loved purple time until this product went downhill fast. After 8 cases in a row of not smelling right ans morsels not cut small enough to prevent choking we had to find a new favorite. I don't understand why Fancy feast has so much trouble producing products consistently and without quality concerns but after dealing with more quality issues and inability to keep products in stock we are searching for a new brand altogether.

Huge, tough pieces - recipe changed?

My fur babies have always loved this flavor, but since my Vet removed most of their teeth (some inherited disease), I have to cut up their food into tiny pieces

My fur babies have always loved this flavor, but since my Vet removed most of their teeth (some inherited disease), I have to cut up their food into tiny pieces unless I get a pate. This used to be their favorite flavor, and they still love the taste, but the huge hunks of food - some are like "dog-size" - and it is so tough that it was hard for me to cut it with a sharp knife. Other FF flavors are not like this, and I wonder if it's changed, or if ALL kitties have trouble chewing this... I do not recommend.

My cats don’t like

My cats don’t like at all the big chunks, they licked and left most of the food, the worst part is that I ordered many boxes in different flavors, all same issue

Won’t buy again.

Flavor might be ok, but my girls won’t eat it. They might lick off what little gravy there is but won’t eat the BIG pieces. They might drag out the pieces and leave

Both cats love this one

My cats love grilled seafood fancy feast canned cat food. In true cat spirit, I have likely just jinxed myself but let’s hope not. I have a case of this! Fancy Feast

Fancy feast grilled

Freddie likes his fancy feast grilled cat food, but he tends to to get tired of it. I’m still trying to figure out out what he likes.

seafood in gravy

The grilled chunks are too large for most of the cats, they love to lick the gravy and leave the large chunks of fish.

Not much gravy

I did not repurchase this food because the kitties didn't care for it. The chunks of food were large and didn't have a lot of gravy.

We're multi-cat owners. All our beauties are sort of rescues - kept when someone found them or could no longer keep them All except the kitteny Mittens are spayed/neutered; his fate that way is also sealed. Otherwise we'd end up with a passel of kittens: We first got Fish & Shrimp for beautiful dark grey Li'l Girl cat, velvety with lush soft fur, white mittens and boots. The other cats (3 at that time) didn't like Fish & Shrimp but L'il Girl already had a passion for it. She'd been an only-cat for about three years with her previous owner. L'il Girl always "cleaned her plate" so there was very little left for the others - but eventually Rounder (agouti striped grey male) started eating it. Our "pride" suddenly grew. First Kitter-Katter, alias L'il Boy - spotty stripy grey male with white paws (same previous owner; she just can't keep a cat). He devours Fish&Shrimp. Then came MauMau, fluffy light grey male, white mittens/boots - at least half Maine Coon with tufted ears and a huge plume tail. MauMau will eat anything! Now Mittens, our new dark grey kitten (already a cat-olescent with three white mittens and one white bootee) loves it, too. All SEVEN eat it happily. We give 'em a smorgasbord of flavors and they swap plates around until most is eaten. We love Chewy! Fast delivery and good quality. It's easiest to order what we can't find at a major outlet...you know W-M.
