She used to like this but no longer. I don't know if it's a changed recipe or her tastes changed. It seems a lot of the Fancy Feast chicken and turkey foods look nearly identical. They are both dark in color where they used to be lighter. They also include tough pieces of meat and I have to spend several minutes picking out the real tough ones and cutting the larger ones down as my cat is small and doesn't like large pieces of food. It seems to me that Fancy Feast used to use a higher grade of poultry than it does now even with the price rise.

We emptied the boxes on the porch and carried the food down to the basement in several trips. As we opened the boxes we found that 3 different cases had canned food that had the lid pop open when the box was dropped. I began shopping with you during Covid. Your service is very easy and I have been pleased up until the last couple deliveries. I’m thinking your sevice isn’t so easy anymore. Could you please limit the weight on your boxes?

SAMMY EATS IT!
