Treats are not a substitute for a complete diet with balanced nutrition. New treats, just like new dog food, should be introduced gradually to your dog. We recommend start with 25% of the daily maximum shown in the feeding guidelines for the first 2 days, increasing to 50% in day 3, then 75% in days 4 and 5, with the maximum beginning day 6.

For smaller dogs, we recommend breaking the jerky into bite-sized pieces. Always monitor your dog when feeding treats.

    Nice sized treat

By Katie on Nov 30, 2020 Top 50 Contributor

My dogs love all Farmland Traditions treats. I usually buy the large bags, but it was nice to have the smaller sized option for less up-front money. I love the coin sized treats too. It's a quick treat to give them when they come in from going potty that they love. I love the simple ingredients. Highly recommend.

    Chicken Jerky

By Elly on Jul 2, 2020

These treats were a big hit with both of our dogs. FYI_ they are not too big for small breed dogs. We have one Shih Tzu mix (17lb) and one purebred (10Lbs).

    Dogs Love them!

By Fergie on Mar 24, 2020

Now please don’t think I’m crazy but have a little taste of any new food or treat I give Fergus, and only if labeled USA. The chicken Jerky patties and strips taste OK! Fergus and his many friends Love them. Out of all the treats they always want these. A little pricey but worth it for the Nutritional ingredients.
