I put some it in her mouth and she shakes her head like its nasty. Maybe she just hates apple. Oh well.

You never know when you're going to need electrolytes. Several weeks ago, one of my guys was colicky. Vet said give him electrolytes as we were having a cold snap. Also said give to my other horse, then again in the morning. It made all the difference.
Anytime a sharp temperature change is expected, I give them a tube to ward off problems. So I keep several tubes on hand at call times. A lot easier to administer than mixing powders.

I give my Appy mare this product a lot, especially in the Summer and Winter months too! Dusty Rose LOVES the taste and i know my girl will stay healthy and get the extra electrolytes she needs.
