Do you give all the syringe in one dose?

Administer contents of syringe directly into horse’s mouth and when possible to the back of tongue. For Performance Horses: 1 full syringe 2 hours before training or competition or as regulations allow. For Transporting Horses: 1 full syringe 2 hours before loading and 1 full syringe every 8 hours if transporting is prolonged.

My mare had an unfortunate incident in a trailer years before I bought her. She fell in the trailer, required stitches, and was forced back onto the trailer by an abusive trainer. This occurred many years ago- but she still carries the memory in her mind. We were able to get her on our straight load trailer, but she will not stay in, bolts out and even scooted under the butt bar. We tried Farnham calming paste today- I administered it an hour before loading, and she walked quietly into the trailer, stood calmly while the butt bar was attached and ramp raised, and slowly backed off the trailer. I am extremely happy with this product!

Great product!

I bought this for my green 3-year-old for a trail ride when we went on a camping trip and it helped a lot! He wasn’t sleepy or clumsy it just helped calm his nerves

I’ve used Quitex more than once for our anxious mare. She’s much more relaxed and focused when we ride when she’s wasn’t before. We give a scoop an hour before like directions say and within that time frame we can see her much more calm when we are grooming and tacking up. She’s so much better to ride and more focused. She loves the taste too.

Worked for my horses for farrier.

I added the pellets to a bit of grain. This product did seem to make them calmer for the farrier for my 2 horses, although 1 still fidgeted from boredom. I did

I did expect a little more calmness than it provided. It doesn't make them sleepy. It did seem to take a while to kick in so I may try giving it to them 2 hours before the farrier arrives instead of 1 as written on the instructions.
