A friend suggested I try this when I have to trailer my very nervous mare. I usually only trailering her a couple times a year, and giving this a few hours in advance has seemed to work. She has been a little calmer the last couple of years since I started it. I say, it's worth a try and not expensive if you're also dealing with a "nervous nellie" :)
