About SWAT Original Pink Fly Repellent Ointment

A Tack Box Essential

Keep flies away from your horse’s wounds, sores, eyes, and ears with a protective ointment that’s easy to take on the go. SWAT Fly Repellent Ointment is your go-to choice for repelling flies from horses, ponies, and dogs. Great for protecting sensitive and hard-to-reach areas like wounds, sores, scratches, and abrasions, as well as the eyes and ears, the original pink formula makes it easy to identify and locate wounds, too.

Available in a Variety of Sizes

Both Repel-X Insecticide & Repellent and Repel-X pe Emulsifiable Fly Spray are available in a range of sizes to cater to different needs, whether for small-scale use on individual animals or larger operations that require bulk quantities.

Fly Control for Sensitive Areas

SWAT Fly Repellent Ointment is an essential part of any horse owner’s fly-fighting tool kit. While sprays can provide protection for most areas on your horse, this ointment allows you to target the most sensitive, hard-to-reach areas around wounds, sores, scratches and abrasions, as well as the eyes and ears.

Easy Application

Application is simple and easy. Simply apply a light dab of ointment around the targeted area, taking care not to directly contact the wound, eyes, or ears. A little bit of SWAT Fly Repellent Ointment goes a long way, so you can apply it daily for effective control against house, stable, face, and horn flies.

We are overrun in the Summer with flies, but after feeding the horses this fly repellant , our fly population has dropped by 90% They love to eat this and think it is a treat. When the farrier came out, he made a comment " I've been to many farms and the flies almost take over, but You don't seem to have Flies. what are you using?" Enough said.

Was really disappointed that this product did not repel flies on my German Shepherds ears. Flies continue to bite.

I apply a small amount to the inside of my horse's ears. It keeps the gnats out and heals any small bites she may have gotten. I also apply a light coat under the eyes to keep the bugs from bothering her. She no longer gets conjunctivitis. It is also very good for midline irritations.

I use Swat in my horse's ears, on their bellies and chest and anywhere else the bugs are biting. I do not need to reapply for about 5 days, sometimes longer. The gnats absolutely chew up the inside of their ears where I live and this product completely takes care of the issue. It's a summer time staple in my barn.

Easy to use

My crew hates fly spray. SWAT is easy to use on hard to capture creatures who avoid a spray bottle like the plague.

Effective fly repellent

SWAT seems to work well at keeping the flies off my donkey’s legs, giving them a break from their fly boots.
