A friend suggested I try MTG for my horse's tail. Initially there was a small patch of dry itchy skin and he kept rubbing it. That small annoyance turned into a much worse situation when he got into turkey mites on a trail ride. Those awful things had him rubbing his tail and hind end into a raw oozing-blood mess. MTG has sulphur in it and that ingredient is apparently killing the mites which is helping him to heal. It really works and I am so grateful. Within a couple of hours my horse buddy was no longer scratching and rubbing. He's in a much better mood now. Thanks Shapely's MTG!

This is a multi purpose tool!

I use this for fungal issues, missing hair patches, insect bites, and to condition mane and tails on my horses. It works better than anything else I have tried

I use this for fungal issues, missing hair patches, insect bites, and to condition mane and tails on my horses. It works better than anything else I have tried. It does grow hair quicker than without, and it will clear up rain rot and those crusties they get on their legs in the summer. The only reason I left a star off is because of the smell. If I don’t wear gloves, my hands will smell like MTG for a bit. Even after washing. I use it almost daily and just wear disposable gloves.

I have been using MTG for the past 20 yrs. It is wonderful for fungus issues and helping to regrow hair. My horses have terrible issues on their back legs during the summer, combination of the heat and urine splashing. MTG will eliminate the fungus and help them regrow their fur.

This product works fantastic on cuts best on bug bites. I use this on my horses legs and belly bug bites. I also use on my dogs rubbing right on fur for itchy skin, even though this has oil in ingredients, it really absorbs great. The results are almost over night. Great product that works and doesn't cost a fortune.

Easy to use

Though it has an incredibly strong odor - akin to burnt wood, though my husband thinks it's more like stale beer - it took about 2 weeks to rid my horse of a "mild-ish"

Though it has an incredibly strong odor - akin to burnt wood, though my husband thinks it's more like stale beer - it took about 2 weeks to rid my horse of a "mild-ish" case of rain rot, but one with multiple body locations. Applied with a rag once daily and rubbed in, it took a few days to notice any difference, then all of a sudden my horse was sleek and without any rot! Wear disposable exam gloves when applying or suffer persistent stink.

Packaging methods need correcting and Shapley's MTG needs to be replaced!

This product works well. I've been using it on my horses for a couple if years because it helps to heal and soothe many skin conditions. It also helps to tame manes and tails leaving them soft and smooth. However, it should NOT be packed and shipped together with food products. This was shipped together in the same box as 4 cases of canned cat food! There was no cushioning to speak of and the Shapley's MTG bottle was crushed. It's contents leaked out all over the cases of cat food. This product should be replaced since I paid for a bottle that was delivered practically empty!

I found this product when I was desperately searching how to keep my bully from breaking out every time she went outside she’s got shots. She’s got pills. She gotspecial food. Nothing helped until I ran into a breeders attack that recommended this product and my baby has hair. I still have to be careful taking her but this pretty much nip it in the bud before it just takes over the allergies. I love this product. I highly recommend this product. Itwill save you lots in Vet bills
