Can this be put in a spray bottle and sprayed on like the Wipe II?

This solution is not made for use in a spray bottle. It is recommended to moisten, not soak, a folded piece of Turkish toweling (approximately 12” x 15”) or an applicator mitt with Wipe Original Formula Fly Protectant. Add more Wipe Original Formula Fly Protectant to the applicator as needed, applying approximately 1 to 2 ounces for the total application on a daily basis (the variance will depend on the size of the horse).

The smell

I have lung issues and this smells so strong to me, like turpentine. I will not be buying it again. The smell may not bother other people, however.

Works but

It works the same as any other fly spray but it smells like I’m spraying them with kerosene. Makes me uncomfortable spraying it on any living creature.

It's been around a long time and still about the best repellent out there. Oil based, so it lasts quite awhile and is very effective, but does collect dust and dirt. It's the only repellent I use on my sensitive-skinned allergy prone retired senior horse. Really does a good job.
