The locking mechanism

I have not found this user friendly it is difficult to unlock the leash it is like it gets jammed this has caused issue when trying to retract the leash to bring

I have not found this user friendly it is difficult to unlock the leash it is like it gets jammed this has caused issue when trying to retract the leash to bring Buster closer especially when other dogs are present. I also find on long walks it is not comfortable to hold. Disappointing

great quality & cute

admittedly my 5 pound chihuahua has a little trouble with the strength of the pull but overtime she has gotten used to it and she loves the long distance

Feels heavy duty

Had to tie a knot to put a stop in the line or it keeps retracting. The knot worked fine because you can set the line as long as you want it to be and it works

It was heavy.

This was in replacement of the two I wanted to return. One broke less than a week after I had it, so I will donate the second one with a little hesitation based

This was in replacement of the two I wanted to return. One broke less than a week after I had it, so I will donate the second one with a little hesitation based on our experience with the other one. Somehow my 8 pound pom broke the lease near the clip. Wouldn not recommend.
