The extra handle was exactly what was needed

My 8 month, Maple, is still learning to not pull on her walks and this leash with the extra handle is just what we needed. Since we've been using it with her harness

My 8 month, Maple, is still learning to not pull on her walks and this leash with the extra handle is just what we needed. Since we've been using it with her harness she has gotten almost perfect with not pulling! I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting some relief and stability with a learning pup.

This leash is awesome. It makes walking my huge dog much easier. The second handle has helped a lot with training, and being in the city. Also both the handles are really nicely padded to make it comfortable on your hands. This way, “leash burn” is less likely when your dog pulls and you need some extra leverage. Love it and would buy another, and recommend it for any type of dog.

Surprising good stuff.

This is much lighter in weight, unexpected, and it's very enjoyable. The two loops are very nicely spaced, and the minimal padding on the handle loops feels better

Comfy and convenient

Love the position of the handles as well as the padding. Nice thick leash with a well secured clip. Doesn’t seem like it will come apart.

The length is good, the 2nd handle is okay, the padding for the handles is comfortable, and I love the clip. It is so easy to click on to my dog's collar and seems like it will hold up well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is just a little hard to grab onto the 2nd handle if I need to get him closer to me in a hurry when he is stretched to the end of the leash. It's just a bit too far away from the main handle. My arms aren't long enough, or strong enough, to pull him back and grab the handle that is closer to his collar. He's big and strong and doesn't listen to my command if he sees something like a coyote dash across the road in front of us. And yes, that happens! I was using a long leash that I tied in a knot, making another handle closer to his collar. It's a little easier for me to grab that handle when something unexpected happens. We're still getting used to the new leash. Mostly I like it a lot and maybe we'll get to the point where he won't try to dash after coyotes. He doesn't try to chase the rabbits or deer anymore, but we see them more often and they are not usually running at full speed. He no longer tries to chase cars, trucks, tractors, or ATV's either, but I still like to be able to keep him close if one goes by...just in case. As for the coyotes and the neighbor's cats...well, that's another story. He's 5 years old. I've had him for 4 1/2 years. He had bad habits when I got him, and I'm not the best trainer in the world, but we've made mountains of progress.

Love the handle

I like it gives me more control to keep him close by using the handle instead of trying to cinch up on the whole leash. Good clasp and like the blue color too.

Perfect For Walking

This is a great leash. I like the hook, less chance of it getting unhooked like I’ve had with the old style clasp. I like the handle closer to the bottom. I use

This is a great leash. I like the hook, less chance of it getting unhooked like I’ve had with the old style clasp. I like the handle closer to the bottom. I use this to walk my dog in a heal have the loop in one end for one hand and the loop at the other end for my other hand.

Great for service dog handlers

This leash is good for service dog handlers who need to be able to hold closer to their dog's harness and/or collar, but do not want to use the "handle" on the harness

This leash is good for service dog handlers who need to be able to hold closer to their dog's harness and/or collar, but do not want to use the "handle" on the harness or hold the actual collar. The traffic handle is good for control in tight situations, while the handle at the end portion of the leash can be used to give more leeway as needed. Would recommend.
