Price

So many to choose from, this was middle ground for price and after we finished the first bottle I actually saw a difference in my (two dogs) coat!

I just now reported this to Chewy by phone. This salmon oil product contains salmon oil AND pollock oil, as reported by another Chewy customer. I purchased this because it's advertised on Chewy as 100% wild Alaskan salmon oil and nothing else. What's especially concerning is that nowhere on the bottle does it state what percentage is actually salmon oil and what percentage is pollock oil. Also, as noted by another reviewer, the guaranteed analysis on the bottle does NOT match what's reported on the Chewy site.

Outdated product ingredients - buyer beware

I spent quite a bit of time searching chewy for a salmon oil that didn’t contain any white fish. Two of my dogs are allergic. I was so happy when I found this one. Until last night when I was feeding the dogs and was absentmindedly turning the bottle around in my hand while I waited for them to finish eating and I noticed that the list of ingredients said it contains salmon oil, and Pollock oil. This would explain why their stools have been soft. I am not happy. Now I’m back to square one, but with a giant bottle only one of my dogs can use.

Wild Alaskan Salmon oil is everything they described but better! I have to large dogs and what I like about it, is the pump! 7 pumps for one of my dog the other dog 6 pumps. No more measuring, just pumps!! Totally awesome! Both dogs have been on salmon oil for 2 months, both have full energy, their coats are shiny, and no more limping when we take them out. This product is well worth it. What a difference my dogs are!

Most finicky eater loves it straight or over food

Dogs really like it. Surprised at how quickly they accepted. Only 4 stars because not 100% salmon.

Since starting the oil, I’ve noticed how quickly his itching has slowed down. His coat feels a little softer and has a nice shine to it. The oil does have a fairly strong smell and he didn’t like that at first. I decreased the number of pumps and use it twice a day. Now he eats without a problem. It has helped him so much, so I’m glad I decided to try it.
