How much should I give to a 200lb mini horse?

This is suitable for miniature horses. Depending upon the weather and the workload we would recommend a range of 1/8th of a scoop to 1/2 of a scoop: For a resting horse in moderate temperature and humidity, 1/8 scoop (a teaspoon, not quite full). For light exercise in moderate temperature/humidity, 1/4 scoop. For light exercise in hot, humid weather or heavy exercise in moderate weather, 3/8 scoop (a tablespoon, not quite full). For heavy exercise in hot, humid weather, give 1/2 scoop.

Good option for my herd

I have ‘easy keeper’ horses and need to be cautious about their sugar/starch intake. This is the most economical electrolyte option that I’ve found. Grateful that

It says it is apple flavor so horses will like it. Nope--big nope from all 4 of mine. And, being a powder, it does not stick to the bucket feed but sifts to the bottom and they do not eat it. So, I have to go to extra work to trick them into eating it. This involves wetting down the senior feed, not soaking, but just the right amount so the stuff will stick to the feed and be hidden. The 3 Morgans are eating a full scoop a day, all in one feeding, with my extra work. But the paint fellow, not so much.; we are stuck at 1/2 scoop a day divided into 2 feedings. I will not be getting another tub of this.
