What's the warranty for this product

Why is the medium almost double the price of the large?

Is the classic leash tape .75 inches? We have an older worn out one and want a 3/4 inch tale on the leash.

The width of the tape varies depending on the size of the leash. The width of the tape for the X-Small leash is 1/4 inches. The width of the tape for the Small is 5/16 inches. The width of the tape for the Medium is 7/16 inches. The width of the tape for the Large is 5/8 inches.

What is the difference between the Classic and Comfort leashes?

Extra roaming room for my dog.

I bought this retractable leash for quick walks and basic outdoor time, and for that purpose it did the job. The length is great and my dog enjoyed the extra freedom

I bought this retractable leash for quick walks and basic outdoor time, and for that purpose it did the job. The length is great and my dog enjoyed the extra freedom. Unfortunately, the mechanism tends to jam. Sometimes it refuses to retract smoothly, and I have to shake or tug it to get it working again. It’s usable, but not dependable, and that takes away from the convenience a retractable leash is supposed to offer. Good for light use, but not great if you need something reliable every time.

I chose the Flexi Classic because it is very well made, lightweight for its size, and allows me to give my dog some 'freedom' on a longer leash but also provides the safety to quickly place them in a 'heel' position. The locking mechanism is easy and quick to use with one hand. I have small hands and even the Large size is not too big or heavy for the long walks we take.

My recent bull dog mix rescue is 44 lbs. He has anxiety from being left by his owner of 3 years. He was at a shelter. After 2 weeks with us, he’s gained some confidence . He loves the backyard, but is afraid to go out front for a walk. This leash has allowed him to sit with us out front and look at the peaceful surroundings. He doesn’t realize his on a leash, since it’s so long. He can move at his own pace.

We've purchased these leashes several times. The only downside is that the trainer we used does not allow retractable leashes so just beware.
