I wish my water was jelly

Most of the insects I keep can just get their water from a fruit or vegetable, but this is also great to keep on hand. It's inexpensive, and right now during quarantine, I have been waiting on food deliveries so it's been a perfect holdover til the baby carrots arrive.
Great product, recommend greatly!

Flunkers Cricket Quencher is the best. I just got it today, and the crickets love it! It’s gel and doesn’t melt. I feed crickets to my leopard gecko. I used to use sponges for water but this will be much better! I highly recommend this product!
crickets seem to like it

Crickets seem to like it but it says it contains a carcinogen? I don’t understand why they needed to add that?
Contains known carcinogen (Prop 65 warning)

The label of Fluker's cricket quencher states that it contains a chemical (polyacrylamide) that is known to cause cancer and reproductive harm. I don't want to take any risk with my dragon's feeders. Currently searching for alternatives.
Chewy is great! But this product is not.
My go-to water source for my crickets!
on Dec 24, 2019
This is my go-to water source I use for gut loading my crickets to give to my bearded dragon. I only use about a teaspoon of it each time I change it because crickets will drown if there is too much. Has a horrid smell to it, it does indeed smell like eggs. The crickets seem to like it though and it keeps them hydrated, which is the main thing. Love this stuff!
Turned to water

It melts easily and turned green. The other brand I use never did that.

I was searching for different products for my crickets and did some research too. This is a fantastic solution to keeping my crickets hydrated without drowning them or having their home become moldy due to misting them. They readily consumed this. I appreciate the size of the jar. I will say that it came with a loose seal (not a fault of Chewy) and when I opened the jar some did get on my hands but it did not stain my hands and washed off easily. I recommend this product.

I use these for mealworms and dubia beetles. I get a rough sided dish then put these gel type things in there and I don't have to worry about drowning insects.

I use this for my Dubia roach colony and it keeps them hydrated and doesn’t rot or smell. It avoids the constant need for fruit and veggies that smell really quickly otherwise.
