Bad bulb

Not sure if it’s just a bad bulb I got or what but I recently purchased the 100 watt bulb I’ve also purchased the 50 watt bulb and the 50 watt seems to get hotter

Not sure if it’s just a bad bulb I got or what but I recently purchased the 100 watt bulb I’ve also purchased the 50 watt bulb and the 50 watt seems to get hotter than the 100 watt although neither are reaching the temperature I need hopefully I can get a new bulb sent I’ve used chewy for several items I’d hate to stop business with y’all
