I got these when I was tired with keeping live crickets and have been happy so far. I make a trail of them on the floor and my beardie will run from one to another gobbling them up. The crickets vary in size, but most of them are large and you can definitely tell they have been gut-loaded. Due to shipping, most don't have legs attached anymore and some are broken in half or have been decapitated. Not really a problem though. They smell vaguely of chips, so that's a plus compared to live crickets. Also, I don't worry about my beardie getting parasites from live crickets anymore. Out of curiosity, I have been keeping a tally of each cricket I give. I'm about half-way through the bottle I got these when I was tired with keeping live crickets and have been happy so far. Out of curiosity, I have been keeping a tally of each cricket I give. I'm about half-way through the bottle and have a total of 188 crickets given, so I guess a bottle has around 370 plus or minus a score or so based on the size of the crickets. Only took off a star because some of the crickets are pretty darn tiny. Would have taken off a half-star, but it wasn't an option. … more

  • Leopard Gecko hates them

I tried to use these for my Leopard Gecko because I kept having live crickets escape in my house. Even when I try to soak them to rehydrate some he refuses to eat.

  • She loves them

My beardie loves her treats! She goes crazy just seeing the bottle. When I put the bottle in front of her cage she comes and sits in front of her door. I definitely recommend for your beardies. They are a good price and quality and also are pretty healthy for them as treats... and as you have seen me say my big girl loves them

  • A crunchy treat!

Our hedgehog loves these dried crickets. They came in great shape - whole, not pieces, so they are easy to handle and are the perfect treat for him.
