Are these crickets alive or dead and can a baby crested gecko eat them?
Answer by • Jul 26, 2017
The crickets are first gut-loaded with Fluker's Hi-Calcium Diet, then freeze-dried to maintain the maximum nutritional value. They are safe for reptiles, birds, and tropical fish.
What size are these crickets and approximately how many are in the jar?

These crickets are 4-5 weeks old, making them approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. There approximately 100 crickets inside this 1.2 ounce jar.
How about cats? My cats frequently get into my sons live crickets for his lizards. He has a habit of setting them down in the bag and then the cat is on it.
Answer by • May 23, 2018
Eating bugs is a natural behavior for cats that in most cases is not cause for alarm. Crickets are completely safe for cats to consume.
How often should a bearded dragon be fed these? Are they to be used as a treat or can they replace live crickets?
Answer by • May 22, 2019
Feed 2-5 crickets per meal, depending on size and species. For smaller fish and reptiles, break crickets into small pieces. Freeze-Dried Crickets should be offered with other food items appropriate for your pet to diversify its diet and reduce the likelihood of nutritional disease.
