Forza10 Actiwet Renal Support Wet Dog Food, 3.5-oz, case of 12

My 16.5 year old toy poodle has kidney disease. He stopped eating his dry prescription dog food. I tried baby food, which worked one day and the next day he wouldn't eat it. I tried everything I could think of. I thought for sure I was going to lose him because he was losing weight quickly. He only weighs 5.5 pounds now. On a fluke, I ordered 4 cans of Forza10. He loved it and ate a can everyday. I ordered 32 cans and he is still going strong. I warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds. I know this product is expensive but, it's better than the alternative. You can't put a price keeping your dog alive

I just wanted to share some feedback regarding the food I’ve been ordering for my dog. My Lucky has been eating this food for almost 10 years and it has truly been the best .he loves it and I’ve always trusted it without any issues. However, one concern I’ve had is that about once out of every 10 orders, the bag arrives damaged. sometimes torn open, with food spilling out, and occasionally spoiled as it was today. I understand things happen during shipping, but it’s difficult for me each time because this is my dog’s only food, and I don’t want to seem like a troublesome customer by reporting it often. I truly don’t complain unless it’s necessary, but since this is something my dog depends on every day, I have to be careful. I wonder if the company could improve the packaging a bit more, or if delivery carriers could be more careful when handling it so the food doesn’t arrive broken or spoiled. Aside from this, I want to emphasize that this food is absolutely the best, and I am very grateful to have it for Lucky. Thank you for understanding.

The first thing I noticed about this food is that it smelled horribly, so much so that I wasn't sure if the food had gone bad in some way. At first my dog seemed to like it and then she shied away from it and would not eat it. The other two things I'd like to mention is that this food is very expensive and if you look at the amount of trays it tells you to feed a dog per day, even my small dog, that expense will certainly add up. It also seemed like an unusual amount of food that they were suggesting. I give my less than 20 lb dog.
