The scoop is equivalent to 1 ounce. Within that 1 ounce scoop there is 0.65 milligrams of Chromium Propionate and the Chromium Propionate used in this product is only 0.4% (4,000 ppm) of total Chromium. Thus there is about 0.0026 milligrams of total Chromium within 1 scoop of Quiessence.
