These have been durable and the bowls clean up easy..

A suggestion would be that they aren't so deep when in the platforms. Usully, cats don't like eating out of bowls that their whiskers don't fit in but they've adjusted

They are too big. I should have purchased the small size.

Water is not comfortable in her little box because there’s too much excess liner over the sides and at the bottom, I cannot flatten it out even with on it

Box was left outside and driveway. We have a porch.

Chewy delivered our canned food litter and litter bags box looks like it was a top and all the litter in the bag ripped inside the box and everything was covered

Chewy delivered our canned food litter and litter bags box looks like it was a top and all the litter in the bag ripped inside the box and everything was covered with with cat litter. Also, the cans are not too badly damaged, but everything is dirty with all the litter so we’re gonna have to take everything out again and just wipe everything down and clean it cause it’s all with the granules of the litter. Also, the box with the litter bag were smashed and the roll Ripped open the porch is right there with overhang and usually the box is on the porch right near the door completely protected so it must’ve rained after they left it there and the whole box was all soggy. Usually everything is perfect. I’ve been buying from you for about five years.

Sturdy bags, but poorly packaged ...

The bags are heavy-duty, which is why they are worthy of a "two-star" rating. However: (1) they are ABSURDLY packaged as one continuous roll, with subtle perforation

The bags are heavy-duty, which is why they are worthy of a "two-star" rating. However: (1) they are ABSURDLY packaged as one continuous roll, with subtle perforation lines between by which to separate each bag from the roll, (2) the drawstring does not adequately close the top of the bag; so, to prevent leakage, the bag must be pulled as taut as possible and then secured with a knot and/or twist tie prior to disposal, and (3) the bags are HUGE and "NOISY", which proves frustrating for the cats. I will not buy these again and have removed them from my Autoship ... unfortunately I didn't edit the order ahead of the scheduled shipment, so I will use them for a different purpose until they're gone. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone ... they are a waste of money.

Great litter bags

The gray bags are easier to see to scoop up vs white bags. The first ones I got were large they didn't fit jumbo is perfect.

Finally, one that doesn't break!

I've tried all kinds of liners. This one is thick and my cat doesn't scratch through it so that when you're replacing it, it isn't full of holes that leaks litter

I've tried all kinds of liners. This one is thick and my cat doesn't scratch through it so that when you're replacing it, it isn't full of holes that leaks litter. I'm not going to say that it hasn't happened, but rarely. I go back to this brand time and time again.
